Pennsylvania Licensing Requirements
This position must meet Pennsylvania Insurance Department licensing standards.
- An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to your Day 1 start in the office.
- If not currently licensed, you must obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license before starting (agency guidance provided).
- A Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date.
Structured support and onboarding assistance are provided to help you move efficiently through the licensing process.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Business Production Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach.
Build and Manage Pipeline Develop a consistent flow of opportunities and maintain disciplined follow-up to convert quotes into bound policies.
Conduct Needs-Based Sales Conversations Uncover coverage gaps and confidently present auto, home, renters, and life insurance solutions.
Close with Confidence Overcome objections, ask for the business, and consistently work toward monthly production goals.
Track Performance Maintain activity metrics and production targets aligned with agency expectations.
Collaborate for Growth Work alongside leadership and team members to drive overall office results.
